About Us
We are yoga teachers and surf instructors, combining over 20 years of experience to offer improved technique and resiliency for both activities.
Our surf yoga workshops were developed with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and how yoga can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels, which translates to improved surfing techniques. Classes and sessions are hands-on for students to gain proper adjustments, explore and challenge themselves while respecting physical limitations in a safe environment.
